Delivery charges, surcharges and additional services will be clearly identified before completion of the order.
The Company reserves the right to correct any genuine pricing errors or inaccuracies.
In the event of a pricing error, customers will be offered the option of proceeding at the correct price or receiving a full refund.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates provided by the Company are intended as guidance only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery times may vary due to supplier availability, logistics issues, weather conditions or other circumstances beyond the Company's control.
Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon successful delivery and acceptance of the Goods.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that access to the delivery location is suitable for the Goods ordered.
Additional charges may apply where delivery cannot be completed due to access restrictions, failed delivery attempts or inaccurate information provided by the Customer.
5. Title to Goods
Ownership of the Goods remains with the Company until payment has been received in full.
Once payment has been received and the Goods have been delivered, ownership transfers to the Customer.

Any damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect Goods should be reported as soon as reasonably possible and preferably within 3 days of delivery.
Customers may be asked to provide photographs and supporting information.
